What is your gaurantee and return policy?
All items come with our satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return the item to us within 7 days and we will refund your full purchase price and shipping cost. Return postage paid by buyer.
What if the item is damaged in shipping?
Items shipped are covered with insurance. The buyer is expected to co-operate with HouseofThom in providing timely information to the insurance carrier in processing a claim. Items are guaranteed 100% and a refund will be processed immediately with the customer's return of the damaged item.
How are the items shipped?
The items are shipped either UPS or USPS ground, customers may request second day air for an additional fee based on shipping location, simply e-mail us. Disney cels are always shipped 2 to 3 day air.
